Ninth Annual
Remembrance Day Dinner & Ball
Dear Friends,
Our ninth annual dinner/ball will be held at the Gettysburg Hotel on the Square on Saturday,
November 19, 2011 in the main ballroom. The evening begins with a social hour at 6:00 pm
with hors d'oeuvres and entertainment will be provided by The Libby Prison Minstrels as well
as singers from the Dodworth Saxhorn Band. The dinner will start promptly at 7:00PM.
The ball will begin at 8:30PM. Music will be provided by The Dodworth Saxhorn Band,
a seventeen piece orchestra with Susan de Guardiola providing instruction for the dances.
With a full dance card you can count on the evening lasting until midnight.
And, of course, a photographer will be available to commemorate the evening for you.
Ticket prices for the evening are $70.00 per person which, includes a three course dinner.
Please remember that to prevent overcrowding, attendance is limited to assure plenty of room for dancing.
